the hieght is what I am affraid of, without the base it is inconsistant I like the fact that all the cm have the same size bases as far as height looks like they r all standing on even ground, I really want to stick with this level of height, I will try and find a way, I will have to wait until I get it and tincker with different bases, then I will contact cm and see waht type of bases the hace lying around, because if he fit on sparrow base it would be perfect with the wood feel, go to a carpet store pick up a piece and slap it on or repaint the wood to the lighter specs and slap on the godfather name tag and u r all set, I bet cm has some exta bases even the terminator bases wouls work cause there black, just hope it fits thats all

Just looking at the bases now in front of me I can see the Godfather just aint gonna fit on one of the normal CM sized bases. It's going to have to be an Indy style base I reckon Enz.

I think ur right, I will definatly play withit when it comes in, also I will put in a call to cm to see if they have ay extra cm indy bases lying around, I wonder how much one would cost? I know I had the detonator replaced on the pred they said if it was lost in the mail i would need to purchase another detonator for $150, Now that is expensive for such a small piece. I wonder though

That sounds about right when you consider the cost of the whole piece. There are electronic parts, a magnet, and some firly intricate painting involved on that piece Enz.
Are you going to re-model the Indy base if you managed to obtain one?

Yeah I think I will remodel and repaint, probably strip it completely and start from scratch on it, I think that would be the best way to go, Just really need it for a template

Unfortunately it's a pretty bad time to sell anything right now.

Hey, I used to have a Vespa in my teens, a PX 80-E Lusso. :D
Ohhh... it's not worth selling that for any CM in the world! Though I'm guilty of letting it go for something even more foolish, a car.

Well, what can I say? You got first dibs for bringing impressions of this piece to the web and it looks very good on first sight, congratulations. :laola:
    The questions:
    - What Number did you get?
    - Any issues with packaging/unpacking or did it go smoothly?
    - Is that a turntable base you have there (lit)? It looks very interesting and classy.
    Nice! :)

Looking sweet,Amin!Congrats on a fantastic piece!
You are right about his hair,it needs a cut on the rear.
My only remark would be he is looking a little 'thin' on the pics, especially on the third photo.Does it feel the same in person?I guess it must be an easy fix to beef him up a little...
