This promises to be your most fascinating custom work yet. And I say that as someone who watched you assemble a scaled T-Rex in under 30 seconds.

That was a great video Raf, thanks a million for continuing to provide these documentaries. :king:
The back of a cigarette packet design and overall lack of finesse are perhaps to be expected for this type of build-up, but then when you consider the original asking price on these, maybe not.
Still the sculpted parts look great, and it looks like you have enough to work with to make this piece a monster for your customer. Can't wait to see the next part. :)

Regarding the shortcuts: It's eye opening to say the least. Commission pieces are great if you have a good relationship with the artist. Something like the Bobby C. Joker was produced in a smaller scale and was not as personal. Great head sculpt that was duplicated a few times over. Personally, minus the real hair, I think the Enterbay 1/4 sculpt gives it a run for it's money.
I can't wait to see more on this project. Great work so far.

Great - another part already. :top:
Loved seeing the piece being reassembled and starting to resemble something along the lines of the finished form. Keep it up Raf. :thank:

I too am surprised at the shortcuts Bobby C has taken. If I receive the Joker like that and paid handsomely for it. I will NOT be happy. Very poorly executed from the beginning and no way worth the money (or the wait time). It's no wonder that Bobby still hasn't produced the perfect Joker after all these years which made for the unlucky disgruntled customers. I knew I smelled something fishy with the overly stiff pose of the Bobby C Joker. What a joke!
That aside, I know the Joker is in good hands now and I cannot wait to see what you have in mind for it Raf. Keep us posted!

I owned the original version and know that Bobby did put a lot of effort into it. I don't say there were shortcuts, as it was first time making a piece in this scale. Even when I visited him, he spent hours touching it up. I know he reworked the whole costume since then and it looks tremendous. I have nothing but good things to say about him. He is aces.
Looking forward to what mods raf comes up with as well. And, I wanna thank Raf for the time spent talking, and his video on the CM VADER. That was the one that put me over the fence to get one! :)
Two great artists and great guys!
