That's a little sparse information there, don't you think?

I think that you can find everything you need on ebay !
Hot toys true type bodies are very good for custom 1/6th figures and clothing can also be found on ebay ;)

Like Lars said, a lil more specific would help, who are you trying to sculpt? Mos tif not all would be available online. I know raf likes to use the moster clay, I have used the super sculpty in the past, the tools can be found at most Kraft stores. Some make there own. Do some research online on clay sculpting and u can get most of the info you will need.

I found this but says they are sold out , but you can always email them , also you can always get those cheap dolls like in k mart without having to buy expensive dolls like barbie or Ken, or if your brave enough , do the wire armature and start adding the clay, I use monster clay which you can get at monster makers.com or amazon.com or heck just googling many places as well. I have never used sculpey to sculpt as I prefer to reuse the clay, many companies sell plaster and resin and it's just a matter of shopping around to get the best price , I get a lot of my material from smoothon.com, and Reynolds advance materials as well like the silicones and resins . As for paints I use golden air brush paints , but mostly FW acrylic inks . Which you can find in any art supply store or on line . :)
