Really not feeling it. So much of it is off. Also at £3000 CDUK can go fuck themselves.

In all honesty there is a HUGE difference from the prototype , the eyes although very cool , seem to have been placed a bit out making him a bit bug eyed .

Prices starting at €2699 over here.

So the sculptor is a digital freelancer based in Paris/France. Interesting. Wonder how she got the job.

The mask is still way too inaccurate. The eye holes are too small, chevrons in the wrong place and the trousers are too baggy. He looks like a skateboarder. I'm actually glad. There's no way I could swing this and I'm a big Jason fan.

All that is probably true but wait till you see him in a dimly lit room with the lightups turned on. Will be unreal.

Being that it was based on part 4 , I guess , was there maybe some regulation as to why it couldn't be sculpted more of the likeness on the Tom Savin bust ?
Although the Porto looks more scary and menacing , this guy with the bug eyes looks nutty and crazy and someone that just enjoys killing :)

They aren't saying its from part 4 any more or they haven't mentioned it of late ,they are calling it a tribute maquette Dark Reflection.
Guess you can find out if you see this and Steve at monsterpalooza.

Agreed. The flikkering lightup and the lights shining on the water will look amazing.
Glad I'm not a Jason or Freddy fan cause those prices are just ridiculous and I would need both of these, lol.
I'm very afraid of what's coming end of february...pre-order time for the Mohawk! :money:
When it comes to horror I'm more a fan of werewolf & vampire movies.Halloween (all time favourite horror movie) and Evil Dead are both covered by other great companies so I'm good. :laola:
All I need from ECC is an old man Oldman Dracula and both transformations!lol.A dream come true!

Well glad I'm not into Gremlins. ;)

So a Michael Myers would catch your attention?

Well Lars, the thing is ...I don't really know how I feel about having a character such as Myers on display. lol
Collecting-wise I prefer creatures or horror characters with at least some fantasy element to them.
More appealing to me than a psychopathic killing machine, lol

Similar with the Exorcist (second best horror movie)...do I want a little, tortured girl on display covered in vomit ?

It would be great to get the word on this. Go Raf!

No, no no. See, that's when Sideshow does it. When ECC does it, it will be a full-sized room diorama... you should imagine it like a dollhouse. What's wrong with dollhouses? :canting:

    LOL

You have a point my friend...that is exactly why the ECC Jason and Freddy are so appealing.
Those bases are equally as important as the figure itself imo and make for a fantastic diorama telling a story.
