[IMG][IMG]desided to add glass eyes instead of the acrylic
also got the curl the way i like it in a pic i saw , and added some color to skin,, for the curl i added some of my dogs hair since it is so fine, mohair would be perfect but did not have black, sprayed it with hair gell and held the top part of curl in place and used the hairdryer until it stayed, less then on minute then i curved the bottom part of the hair did the same, i like it, :top:

    Coming along nicely Raf.
I just had a crazy thought of giving him "heat vision" red eyes as an alternate display option. :taunt:

even without the eyes you can really see reeve in there, and guys after having this in my posesion, and just staring at him and then going back to the crossed arms pic i have, although i know that it would be one of a kind cm with crossed arms , i have desided NOT to do this custom,. no no im not scared  the truth of the matter is, it has grown on me and man , my daughter and i , just look at it and we both agree , i must not touch this, it really is a very unique pose and i will be the first to admit i was wrong, he does look like he is landing, and not skipping anymore, and trust me it took me a while to come to this disision, but the more i look at it , the more im in love with the pose,, and you all will too. i hope i did not disapoint to many who where wanting to see this custom, believe me i was too, but i just can't do it , it really is a very cool looking pose . now that i have it.

Raf, first of all thanks for the measurements..
Second; washing the hairs is a great idea and very brave process. Im gonna make the same think, it looks perfect with the new hair style. i beleive that hair styling and a little make-up make a lot of difference...
Please take the final pictures with a professional camera and put the images to the Freaks forum, i wonder whats are gonna say them after your excellent work ??

yes anzo , i used airbrush, i used brown, to shade, (and still camera did not pic up the actuall shading) then a bit of red to give some cheek color, i used water base paint so if i mess up, i can always take it off, once i liked what i saw, i then got a brush and dabbed on a very thin layer of clear windshield silicone.. i find this easier, instead of mixing colors with silicone and putting it in my airbrush since i am not an expert with silicon paint,

the hair i shampooed it and it took a while as it is SUPER STIFF, but once you do that, you then just comb it, and wait till it dries. the curl is someowe glued, because no matter how much i did it , it did not come apart, so i pulled it out, but if you want to keep the curl just dont work on it just do the rest of hair, then i started to comb a sections first, for example i comed the left side first and sprayed it with the gel, i reall wet it, then helled it in place and used the blower on hot, and it dried quick, if for some reason it does not look as well you just add more spray, it is tricky but doable good luck bud , ( oh an i actually punched in more hair in the front hairline to add more volume in the curl part of it, ) pomerainan hair

    No prob, Raf.
Hey, did you apply regular hair spray? Wouldn't that somehow harm the silicone in the long run by glueing pores or something? :hmm:

no, lars, i actually used more of a gel spray, and once it was done, i then took a bet brush and cleaned the silicone surface , only because it looked shiny and then woujld flake off. must rembember nothing sticks to silicone , only silicone sticks to silicone :top:

Thanks for clarifying, Raf! Any progress on the eyes or do you have to order new ones?
